I think the two sites are different, mixer is only for use as a transaction, while gambling sites provide games, I mean even though both are detected as money laundering places, they are not gambling unlike mixer.

What's more, currently many mixers are illegal, while in the gambling industry there are several countries where it is legal and they also regulate taxes well, so I don't think there are any strange actions against the gambling industry if I judge, Gambling has existed since ancient times, even though a lot of what we see in the gambling arena are negative actions, gambling still continues as we see today.
