Contact section says that someone will respond to inquiries within 12-48 hours, that is an awfully long time for someone who very likely has a transaction issue which they need sorted out quickly.

Also, you claim to not support ethereum yet, but when I click the drop down option to send, I am offered the option to send Ethereum, how is that?
