besides what others have mentioned, i see on the help page that you state you own the private keys to the wallets and that none of the transactions are routed through any third party.
does that mean you are using your own reserves? will you be able to confirm that by showing some proof?

for those two situations, it would be better if you recalculated the exchange amount instead of issuing a refund.
