It's quite understandable that Manchester United ended up losing to Newcastle by 0-2, but what is not understandable is the way Chelsea loses to a relegation club. That doesn't look right for a team most of us have thought have returned to their winning ways under a new coach. It's disappointing that they had control of the match from the first half to the end of the second half, only to concede 2 goals. Gamblers must have had another round of regrets on betting for Chelsea to win again after the loss to Fulham last week, and today on Ipswich. This is unexpected for a relegation team to beat a trophy contestant team, Chelsea. This is all confusing for Maresca to give answers to.
Maybe Chelsea is not ready to fight for the title as stated by Maresca himself. Because as seen now, Chelsea can be said to be starting to lose their best performance again. In fact, their bad trend was not only when they were defeated by Fullham, but 1 week before that we saw Chelsea being held to a draw by Everton. Maybe since then this team has started to lose their best game again. But maybe we will find out the answer in the next match against Crystal Palace. If Chelsea lose again or are only held to a draw then that will be bad news for this team. And yes, I was also disappointed with the result of the Chelsea vs Ipswich match. Because it's hard to believe that Chelsea could lose with a score of 2-0 without being able to score a single goal.
