Manchester City needs to do something if they want to qualify for the playoffs, and winning against PSG will really help them to qualify, and it will be difficult for them to win at the same time while PSG is also in need of the win to secure a better slot for their playoff qualification, as they are currently seated in the 25th position in the Champions League table.

However, their performances in the Champions League are almost similar, just that PSG in their domestic league is still ahead with a 10-point gap due to a lack of intense competition among the Ligue 1 teams.
Due to Champions League experience, I am expecting PSG to lose or draw to Manchester City because they always disappoint in the Champions League, and considering Pep Guardiola, he will do everything in his power to make it to the round of sixteen to save his team.
This will be more interesting, both Manchester City and PSG, both clubs must be working very hard to win this match, a draw is not the target of both teams, i can't predict who will win, not only Manchester City but PSG is also performing quite badly, they only won 1 of the last 5 matches, with 3 defeats and 1 draw, even if Manchester City wins, i believe they will win with a thin score.

One thing must happen in that match but the thing is, if you consider the current form of both teams you will understand that they are almost in the same level of performance so if they draw it won't be a surprising thing to me, though PSG is doing well in there league side but not very consistent, atleast they're better than Manchester City when it comes to league football,  buddy as you said it is almost impossible to predict who will win in that match but there may be multiple goals in the match because both teams concede and score too, though lets see what happens but despite how bad manchester city perfomanace is, I still see them as the favourite in that match, though I won't conclude yet but that's my personal view.
