I do hemp seeds they are good.
I avoid the seeds at all costs. They don't burn well.

Speaking more on healthy eating habits... I've never considered myself a healthy eater. Quite the opposite actually. I have always avoided foods that I think are horrible for you though. Mayonnaise for example. Why would anyone put that in their body?
One thing I have been adding to my protein shakes lately is superfood powder. Here's an example:

Sure, it might cost you $150/month, but it's worth it. I feel great these days. Sad that I went so long in life before really taking nutrition seriously. I always just thought I was athletic and looked good so I must be fine, but I can't imagine how great I would've felt 20 years ago on my current routine.
