So, here’s the question: if all crypto casinos started requiring KYC before you can gamble, what would you do? Would you go ahead and pass the KYC to continue gambling? Would you switch to fiat casinos instead? Stop gambling altogether? Or maybe start looking for a decentralized casino to avoid the hassle?

This might take a long time for such senerio to happen.  There would still be some casino that wants to be exceptional in the market regardless of how tight the government are with them and I guess such casino would be more profitable in the business than others as not everyone would love to go through the kyc. But if it happens eventually, I guess most gamblers would have no choice but to go through the kyc except for those who still want to retain their information offline so then go for fiat instead..
Now if all casinos are now requiring strict KYC compliance, I think there’s only two options left. That is to continue gambling and submit KYC or just decide to stop gambling for good just to protect your personal information against those unreliable casinos. However, majority will still pursue gambling for sure, but should stay cautious on the casinos wherein they are risking their funds.
KYC has nothing to do with gambling but gamblers are avoiding KYC because of privacy. So if all casinos ask KYC, gambling will still be the same and it is only those who don't want their privacy to be revealed will leave gambling and I don't think those who will leave gambling because of KYC are much. No KYC casinos are not much as KYC casinos now. And those who are playing in the KYC casinos are much more than non KYC casinos. And apart from cryptocurrency casinos, all the other casinos in my location require KYC so KYC is not a new thing to many gamblers.
