I actually want to believe that Bayern Munich knew it much earlier before now that they are going to have Leverkusen as their biggest rival and contender for the trophy this season so making sure they are going to be able to stay ahead of them was one thing that was supposed and going to be their priority this season and now the the distance has been closed to the point is just four point difference is some how disturbing but then Munich still have the chance to still staying ahead.
In my opinion, compared from last season, the competition that occurred in the Bundesliga this season looks more competitive, the last season, Leverkusen managed to win the Bundesliga without any strong pressure from other teams and even Alonso squad managed to win the league when season not yet over, but this season, Munich journey to win the league is not an easy job because after all, Leverkusen is ready to take over the top of the standings at any time, So far the two teams are only 4 points apart which means that every match will be very crucial for them including the match in week 22 later, I think the second half of this season will be very tight and both teams must really focus for on maintaining their chances of winning the trophy in end season.
