Which update version of Unstoppable Wallet you are talking about here ? I just checked my app, and it is still
0.41 and no further update is available.
Update speed can sometimes depends if you are using their app from F-Droid or official g00gle play and app store.
You can always check the latest version on unstoppable github release page, and 0.41.3 was the last one released:
