I managed to worm a BTC refund out of them for a single Neptune purchase...wasn't easy but receiving a refund in BTC was my only option and funnily enough was also the Payment method used in the Purchase.

If they have no issue with refunding multiple Neptune orders in BTC to avoid complications to either end then there's no issue with them agreeing a refund for BTC across the board in My Eyes and with the right "coaxing" they have to refund in BTC if You used BTC in the transaction there is no "real" excuse out of it at the end of the Day

As we mentioned previously, all customers wanting a refund on their Neptune purchase will receive their refund. We are very busy due to the downtime over the Easter period, teamed with the release of new miners around this same period. Again, please accept our sincerest apology for the delay.

Please note, we are now able to offer all customers BTC refunds if they so choose. BTC refunds will be sent much faster since the time in transit is hours, not days like with bank transfer.
