I've requested a withdrawal from cryptomus and it didn't took so long, I've received my withdrawals in 3 minutes. That's smooth as usual, I have never encountered any problems doing business, trades and withdrawals with cryptomus.
Can you trust them with your ID and Passport, looking at their past? if you're afraid of getting kicked or targetted by the manager, then there's no need to answer (I understand).
The twist here is I am not yet KYC verified and they're allowing users like me to do these transactions which is a good sign for me. Most exchanges are requiring KYC already so, it should be no problem if they enforce it to me since I had no bad experience on them.
