He asking me to active in forum for one year without campaign to change the red tag to neutral tag
He probably wants to see you showing that forum is more than a milking cow to you by being active without financial incentive. People used to get signature campaign ban, consider this request as something similar. 
Everyone here had the family and personal life,I had requested him to change to neutral feedback.If I asked for the Remove of redtag,you may ask me why.?
But I had seen many send a neutral feedback for the alt account.But why he send me red and after requesting for 6 months.He never change that too
I am expecting the kindness here.But what I am getting is only criticism
