Like you said, i also believe the World Cup is important for Cristiano Ronaldo, maybe this is the last thing for him before he decides to retire...
As for Al-Nassr, i don't know whether Al-Nassr will extend his contract or not, but i think Al-Nassr will extend Cristiano Ronaldo contract, Cristiano Ronaldo retirement at Al-Nassr will be a source of pride for the club.
I'm pretty sure Al-nassr will try to extend Cristiano Ronaldo's contract. And news about this has been circulating since September last year, namely September 2024. Although I can't confirm the truth of the news, I hope it's true. Because for me if Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Al-Nassr and leaves the SPL then I think the excitement in this League will fade a little. Because it cannot be denied that I personally always look forward to this player's appearance.

But from the news I read, it is said that Al-Nassr has opened talks with Cristiano Ronaldo regarding his contract at the club. And apart from that, Cristiano Ronaldo himself once said on his YouTube channel that it was possible he could retire at this club.
(Sourch)

Indeed, if for example Ronaldo leaves the SPL then of course SPL's popularity will have the potential to decline because what I remember is that the SPL became popular because of the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo to Al Nassr so of course it is the right choice for Al Nassr if they want to extend Cristiano Ronaldo's contract. Yes, because Cristiano Ronaldo has always been good at defending Al Nassr and it would be a great shame if Cristiano fell to another club and it seems that now in this discussion we agree that Cristiano Ronaldo certainly has the potential to continue defending Al Nassr.
If Ronaldo leaves the club in Saudi Arabia, the popularity of this league in Saudi Arabia may decrease a lot. Because we saw that people started watching the matches of this league since when Cristiano Ronaldo joined the club in Saudi Arabia. If Ronaldo leaves the Saudi Pro League right now or wants to leave his club Alnas, their club may not let him go. Ronaldo is currently performing well in the team he is currently playing for, so Al Nasser may never want to miss out on such an important player.  Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a total of 79 goals since joining a Saudi club.
