I have read some articles that described repeat lottery wins and claimed that re-purchase of lottery tickets is one of the most profitable strategies if we set ourselves the goal of re-winning.

That's such a strange statement. First of all, is there even a most profitable strategy for lotteries? Lotteries aren't profitable at all since your chances of winning anything are 0% Yes 0, because in reality it's like 0.0001%. So it's not 1, it's 0! Once you realize what that means, your perspective changes.

When you compare that to a coin toss with 50% chance, or most casino games like black/red roulette with 47%, or blackjack with 40%, placing a bet on a lottery ticket makes no sense, unless you're a dreamer and there are no strategies for games that don't even give you a 1% chance to win.

Therefore I think that it's not smart to repurchase tickets. It's not smart to purchase them in the first place.
