gambling is not supposed to be a charity (even though it would be interesting to see gambling with charity components
losing it all is never a good idea, it can be painfull and emotionally disturbing, much better to avoid this possibility completely if possible

always avoid the risk of ruin
I have no absolute knowledge of whether there is any inherent connection between charity and gambling, but I believe so in my opinion.
Gambling is never a charity, a charity is a designated fund for donations. There is a process of just donating to charity, on the other hand, if you lose in gambling, all the capital is more likely to be ruined.

I haven't seen something like that yet but definitely see some potential on this possibility

like a "charity fi" or gamble for charity, something like that

yes, specially if you expose yourself to bets in the style all or nothing, ruin is always an option, it just takes one small mistake.
