I don't think Borussia Dortmund will be hard for Bayern Leverkusen to win because even though their form is not too bad but their energy can not match up with that of Leverkusen. Perhaps, since Leverkusen is aiming to cover the gap between them and Bayern Munich they will play Dortmund with all their strength in order to win. Bayern match against Monchengladbach will be an easy game for Munich, so they will still continue at the top till they meet strong opponents like Leipzig or Eintracht Frankfurt who are third and fourth position in the Bundesliga table. Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen may seem like they have equal strength but Bayern may not give Leverkusen same opportunity they gave them last season.

Even though everyone is tipping Bayern Leverkusen to win against Borussia Dortmund, but we should not forget that Borussia Dortmund is also one of the strongest teams in the Bundesliga so while everyone is concentrating more on Bayern Leverkusen due to their wonderful performance, but Borussia Dortmund is not just a team they can walk over so i see a very tough match in that game which the result may not be obvious as to which team will win despite that Bayern Leverkusen stands more at a better chance than Borussia Dortmund since they are second in the table and they are looking forward to maintain consistency so that if an opportunity surfaces in the future, they can top the league table if Bayern Munich flops. Leverkusen is doing pretty good but they are not the strongest team in the Bundesliga so i prefer you say they are among the strongest teams in the Bundesliga instead because even though they won the title last season and ended the season unbeaten, they don't have much quality records in the Bundesliga.
