Dealing without an escrow, is a no-go option. Especially between newbie accounts. You are highly risking losing your coins and nothing can cover you as a seller, except established escrows of the forum. Better safe than sorry.
He is probably a troll of sorts. He surely can have 30 BTC, which is worth about $3M at the moment, does he? 
Worst of it, he's looking to exchange in through some random person in the forum instead of using a legitimate exchange via OTC.Also, 1 sat at $0.75 is just a stupid joke.
