I'm used to walking around, but these stairs are adding up.  A little sore, but no more skipping leg day.
I think I might try alternating walking all backwards up and down and then all forward the next day, repeat...

Conclusion:  Circumstantial evidence would suggest they are alts.
Nice work detective!

Thanks for the vote of confidence.

I guess we wait for more evidence before direct confrontation?
I'm not very good at that.  Smiley

Well - I leave mainly *neutral* trust feedsbacks & yet people squeel like stuffed pigs which makes me suspicious.

In any event, today, I discovered a second set of stairs (five in all) a stone's throw from the three steps.

So... Five up/down/up a few moments later, down/up/down ... then wander over to the set of three and the same up/down/up a few moments later, down/up/down. ((2X15)+(2X9)) = 48 stairs.

Walk on!
Thanks for the help.  I'll continue observation.  Smiley

5 stairs is a good flight.  But I think we might be counting differently.  Checks OP...

Uhhh... philipma1957 we need a ruling.  Smiley I just noticed in the OP that stairs are both like pushups,  Up and Down is one stair,
"12 steps up and 12 steps down it would take 8 flights up and 8 flights down to add to 96 and I would simply do a few more to go to 100."

but you first state

"So this will be walk up  100 steps of stairs a day and of course back down the 100 steps. Total of 200 steps."

I use the up/down is one stair method.
