Most times, those that we refer to as weak hands are those Bitcoin investors who never take the time to plan their Bitcoin investment journey and all that attracts them is the potential gains that await them, this set of Bitcoin investors is always under pressure to make gains because they invest more than what they can bear as risk, and for that become pressured to make quick profits, but when the market goes against them, and they incur little loses their will rush to liquidate their investments because of the fear of losing all which is something they can't afford to do at that moment, so waiting for possible market recovery is not part of them and at that FOMO becomes their companions. When you want to invest in Bitcoin, the first question should be, how much can I invest in Bitcoin if the Price goes 50% against me I can still be comfortable looking away from the market and wait for a long term sometimes let's say 3-4 or 5 years investment targets and with DCA approach.
Already as we know the market it's not an easy riding place where anyone can just stir up the everything so quickly and easily, and if you must be a beneficial of this market you must there are some common things which you must leave behinds which is; quick profiting, quick profiting leads to quick losing and people do not know about this secrets because if they knows they wouldn't lose or even panic to sell off their holding when the market seems too bad.
Very well important for one to have basic knowledge before investing in any assets, be it traditional or contemporary assets, because knowledge is far better than capital, why am I saying this?
I have a college friend with who we reunited after a long time, he told me he had some cash about $30,000 to buy crypto as they call it in my area, but when I saw that the guy was not well-informed about cryptocurrency and what he called investment is ponzi, I advise him to take the time to learn about the industry and that if he must invest, he should buy only Bitcoin for now. And hold it in his wallet then build his knowledge along the way. Now the guy is already in profit and not ready to cash out anytime soon, so Bitcoin is best for a long-term approach weak hands won't understand this simple facts.
