Yup! Newcastle have made it six straight winnings across all competitions thanks to their win over Tottenham and this feat was only achieved a decade ago. This win has made them level on points with Chelsea and should the Blues fail to get a win over Crystal palace, not only will they go three games in a row, they will also drop their pursuit for the title.
Newcastle united are a force to reckon with but I just don't understand why they can't try to be consistent. Let's hope with this one, we can see more from them.
It takes a lot to be consistent in the premier league, because almost all the teams are very strong and any team can win the other at any time. That's why Newcastle has been finding it difficult to be consistent. Although injuries was a major challenge to the team last season and earlier this season. Now that their injury crisis has lessen we can all see how they are flying. Pep Guardiola already said it at the beginning stage of the season that Newcastle is one of the team to watch out for in the premier League this season. Because they will be having less games to played. They are mostly playing once a week while other teams are playing in Europe. So I believe Newcastle are manifesting what Pep said back then. Newcastle winning at Tottenham wasn't a surprise to me at all, because they have been better than Tottenham all season.
