Should this have been a sled moderated thread where such users gets there off topic posts deleted quite often, I think the user would be mindful of what they post in such thread as, it’s most likely going to be deleted
I don't think it is such a good idea to make anmouncement threads self moderated, if the op deletes posts from some members, they may start accusing the casino of censoring people who have complaints. The troll in this case does not have any genuine complaints and we have seen many like this in different announcement topics, and they tend to go away when they are ignored.
