I get why people are skeptical, especially with so many scammy ""recovery"" services out there, and it's hard to trust anyone after being scammed.
No, it is not that it is hard to trust anyone. In the cryptocurrency space, the only person you can trust is yourself and that's if you don't want to be another victim of online shady acts. Besides, this is one of the reasons why people are advised not to trust centralized platforms because crypto scams are operated in different ways (one of the FTX issues)
But not all recovery services work the way you're imagining. Some, like the legit ones, don't hack accounts. If needed, they rely on tracing transactions, protective measures, and even legal strategies. I had a friend who recovered some stolen Ethereum through a white recovery service, so it does happen, though it's rare and depends on timing and circumstances.
Yes, there are legit recovery services Chainalysis is the only one I believe offers genuine service, and every recovery service that's not acknowledged by the authority are scammer because the service involves working with the authority.
Why do I have the impression that your purpose was to promote this shady recovery service here?
