Well, I can say this about this.. The universal problem is that fraud is the norm, and an honest way of doing business (in this case, a casino) is perceived almost as an exceptional event, the greatest rarity, a rarity. Whereas in fact it should be exactly the opposite. And once it was the other way around. The moment people stopped giving religion the highest priority in their lives, that's when they decided that they could commit any act with impunity. And now we see the result. The payment of a large win is perceived as an extraordinary event, and common methods of violating obligations (refusing to pay) as something ordinary.
Well, in this particular case, let me express my unconditional respect for the person you are describing, who has honestly fulfilled his obligations.
