Hyperliquid = new perp dex with EVM L1 built on top of it. Ethena = new synthetic stablecoin with yield farming protocols


in terms of L1s you have Hyperliquid, SUI, Berachain and Monad

personally think HL and Berachain are the most interesting ones out of those
