I believe the raffle is the 2nd chance for the eligible users whom didn't get any prizes from their wagering race (their support confirmed this). And since there were many prizes in wagering race vs the total eligible opted in, the raffle distributed to the outstanding 6 users that wagered the least. Great way to incentivise everyone. Got my wagering race prize instantly too 
Seriously? What kind of raffle is that if it is given to those who did not get any prize from the main wagering contest? There is no term on the tournament that support this argument because what is written for the raffle is:

Logically, all players who are participating or collecting tickets are eligible for the raffle but how can the support confirmed that the raffle prizes were for those who did not win the wagering contest? I'm not complaining because I did not win the raffle, but it is more about the fairness of the raffle. I would not complain if there was a clear term that the raffle prizes will be for those who are out of the top 30 users. If players knew the raffle works like this, I am sure most participants who were finished on 11-30 positions would prefer to wager less because the prize is smaller than the raffle prize.
