Once again New Zealand won the game. Back in the last T20 match, they took Sri Lanka lightly and they were already winning the series that is why they were not too serious for the last game.
But now it is new series and ODI games, New Zealand did not compromise in performance and on 26th over, they chased the full target while amazing effort by the batsmen. Earlier the bowlers did a wonderful job, they picked all the wickets of Sri Lanka at 178. The player of the game is Matt Henry, he took 4 wickets and gave just 19 score.
New Zealand kept winning with very strong victory in ODI match. Unlike last T20 series where they did not take Sri Lanka seriously New Zealand played very well in this new series and wanted to show everyone how good they are. Their batsmen played extremely well reaching target score in just 26 overs. Bowlers led by Matt Henry amazing performance of taking 4 wickets for only 19 runs did great job by limiting Sri Lanka to 178 runs. Henry played so well that he got Player of the Match award and his help was big part of New Zealand easy win.
