You have to be more specific on what you want to commission; is it highlight the full articles, then control V and control C, or you will be the one to look for the article based on keywords and copy and paste it to one platform; you did not mention if this is a copy and paste job using the keyboards or mouse?
There are WordPress sites that are copy-paste protected because there are available plugins to protect the content. You also have to mention the rate so people will know if this is the job that they want to do.
