Since nobody knows, I was the one who originally proposed that topic to Porf via PM. But I'm guessing there has been some kind of mis communications here. When I made the proposal, what I really meant was that, we should use that specific topic to look for potential topics for translations. We wouldn't have to look elsewhere. Saves us some time.
