Even experienced users often say something like “There are no smart strategies in gambling, it’s all about chance. Play only for fun, not to win.” These posts look like they were written by artificial intelligence. First, let’s distinguish between casino games, which are entirely based on luck, and sports betting (and betting on non-sports events, such as elections).
Smart strategies are entirely possible in sports betting; it’s wrong to say that there are no smart strategies in gambling if by gambling we mean sports betting (betting in general).
Point of view differs from gambler to gambler and as a result you will find out that some may buy the idea of strategic gambling while others may not. Gambling can involve strategies in different ways but in all you can't deny the fact that luck still has a role to play be it sports betting or casino games. Yes casino games depends on luck but still you could find a gambler that would argue that casino games like crash can be taken advantage of by staking little and cashing out at particular intervals.

Nevertheless we've also seen cases of teams that have a clean record of games lose to a team you never thought they'd lose to as a result of analysis of past records and trophies and this is where luck comes to play.
