Manchester City will be having their complete squad by then, no deficiency in squad form so they owe everyone victory during that fixture. The fans already waited too long for them to regain form and compete among big teams to prove self esteem still contending for titles including the Premier League also.
PSG are not in best form also, the results can either favor any of the team but majorly Mancity or they end sharing points. Manchester City remains the favorites but yet the odds are slim unless they improve their consistency rate using the ongoing Premier League games as a warm up for the big day.
That's an assumption for now that Manchester City will be able to make use of all their players. It is still some time to go until the match takes place and let's see if everyone remains healthy until then. But I think Manchester City doesn't really any problems with missing players except for Rodri. It is more a problem of not being in shape. All these players are underperforming. Foden, De Bruyne, Grealish and several others including Haaland are not playing on the level they are able to play. This is a totally different team in my opinion if you compare them with last season's Manchester City. Same players, different game for some reason and Guardiola is trying to get it fixed.
But in my opinion they are not in a condition that gives them realistic chances to win the Champions League. They can still improve and they can still beat any team, but to win this competition they would need to be far more consistent over the course of several months.
