Even the bullish we are talking about with certainty is not certain. Anything could happen this year aside our huge expectations for altcoins. If you are buying any altcoin now be careful for the choice of altcoin this season. Get an altcoin that no matter what season we find ourselves into, whether bullish or bearish season we can still have hope of holding it for more time. Mark my words most persons will get unlucky to buy the wrong altcoins. And if para venture we see the downward trend then those projects might go out of the market.

Follow where your heart leads you to. Bitcoin is a good asset to invest in, i can vouch for it. Selling off your asset should be at your choice to make. Because what may work for me may not work for you. As for me, if calculate the sum of all this asset and see how much it comes out (inlcuding the profits) after selling them. If it is a good amount that comes out i will use it to buy Bitcoin. So in this case selling my alts will depend on the amount they will come out. If it is still below my target then i can leave them for the bull run. Apparently these assets you listed are not completely bad to invest in.
