The FTX Debtors Plan of Reorganization is effective today, January 3, 2025. Today is also the initial distribution record date for holders of allowed claims in the Plan's Convenience Classes. Separate record and payment dates for other classes of claims will be announced later.


I've lost what's around $20K in crypto today because of these losers. Unfortunately I'm being ghosted by the company owner who would be receiving the $ back since my money had went to his FTX wallet. He has kept in touch with me for a while. I reminded him about this a couple of days before this too but I was ghosted. If anyone who has lost money to FTX is here and has gotten it back please do let me know. Just want to know the truth of whether I have been swindled or not(I'm already expecting the worst, I don't have my hopes up). I've already accepted my loss a year ago and continued to live life, but rode along for the little hope that there was left and thought about this every once in a while. I've learned my lessons from that moment and I hope I never repeat my mistakes with money in the future.
