As I have said in my previous post, it has happened for the "free winnings to wagered ratio". Which means your base reward has been reduced for small wagering activity. Now you can't define Freebitco as a faucet only. You have to do the wager and maintain "free winnings : total wager" ratio after every faucet claim to get the minimum base reward. However, no one knows the exact amount which needs to be wagered to get the base reward.
