PSG has again managed to show us who the real ruler of the French league has been so far, although Monaco has shown a good performance and strong resistance throughout the match, but the mentality and also the unyielding attitude possessed by PSG has made them lose 1-0 from PSG.
I think, Monaco actually performed well in the match and was able to keep up with PSG game, but the solidity of their midfield and defense was not supported by the sharpness attacking line, although they managed to create several chances that threatened the PSG goal in that match, but the ineffectiveness of the final finish actually made it difficult for them to break into the PSG goal, I think after yesterday final match was over, they should must improved the final finishing in the next matchs.
It was not an easy victory, PSG managed to score only in extra time, but it was deserved, PSG played better. However, what is surprising here, they have not had a worthy opponent in Ligue 1 for a long time, with varying success several teams are trying to compete with them, but it is obvious that it is very difficult for them to do so.
