I like DAC's because they can be moved from place to place without being prone to being forced to adhere to rules and regulations necessarily. Esspecially with things like bitcoin as the currency, while its not totally anonymous things like mixers and new wallets like darkwallet will allow for addresses a business uses to be 'secret' or more anonymous and so regulation cannot be imposed on the company. And I really like that aspect. I'll post more tomorrow if the discussion is a bit bigger
