Since there are already 2 threads in those local boards, I think we can skip translating it... this is a particular case and it happened before, as far as I remember, when Huna (I think?) said once that a topic we were translating existed already in his local board, shaped in a similar way, thus that topic wasn't translated...

i would also consider it sensible to suspend this translation. because if there were two threads with the same topic, chaos would be inevitable and you wouldn't know which thread to post in.
