Casinos should be transparent; if one of their players wins, then they should honor the rewards. because this is where you can establish your reputation; if they won it fair, then be sure to let them cash out, or if they cannot sustain the cash out, then strike a deal.
But if there are false accusations and the user claims that he loses in an unfair way, they should also resolve it and don't give in to false demands. Casinos should be transparent, but at the same time they should not give in to false accusations.
I like the saying though, and I think it life we should remember this that honesty and that we have seen the long term benefit of it. They've built their reputation and integrity and then gamblers later on played on their casinos and now they are considered one of the biggest. Of course, even if this happened many years ago, it will still be as relevant, specially for new casinos.
