My withdraws are still locked for no reason, even tho my KYC was accepted, and BC is not doing anything about it?? support is useless, telling me to wait??
Strange, accept KYC, huge amount and that slowly answers are not proffesional from thie side.
(In one casino I have also positive KYC from start, but I must do additional, like short video so it's me and after 30 days they allow me to withdraw, maybe there is a similar terms?) Hope so BC.Game fast solve your problem.
Not exactly strange. As far as I know, that's a standard practice shared amongst casinos: when they got suspicious of an account, or perhaps just the simple check following big win [usually requested by the provider], they will ask for KYC prior to do the investigation.
So, what happened here is more or less the standard practice and the usual procedures of casinos: passing KYC, and only after that, is the investigation begin. Hence, the withdrawal is still locked although OP passed KYC.
