What I wanted to ask the ops in the first place was his reason for asking such a question, because I don't think that any ordinary gambler who wishes to gamble using USDT should not have any problems handing out kyc if he want to upgrade the account to do an unlimited amount in transaction using USDT, but anything above the minimum trenchold you have to verify because the casino need to know you as a customer as the primary source of the money.

Some casinos are not so interested in that even though they’ve advertised themselves as a non-KYC casino but players who partake in shady gambling may be requested to submit some KYC’s before they can allow them take some actions, most especially withdrawing from the casino. If players obey rules and don’t partake in shady activities within the site, then having a totally free non-KYC casino would be more imminent than we can imagine. Those casinos taking KYC serious is their own way of keeping their business out of trouble and possible consequences from the government again a player who is found susceptible to some illegal activities within the casino’s site.
Some casinos may advertise as a non-KYC online gambling company but that's not absolute because the gambler would get to discover that he would be needing to pass KYC if he's to enjoy certain features and levels of games with the casino, even on withdrawal limit too. It may not be something you would be forced to pass but as a player that's unsatisfied and wants to engage in and have access to more features, levels, withdrawal limits and perhaps bonuses, you'll just at will carry-out the KYC.
But some other casinos, it's just mandatory from the start as it's their policy to do it that way and could be due to reasons only known by them, especially when they may have had many experiences of shady behaviours with users previously.
