Some casinos are not so interested in that even though they’ve advertised themselves as a non-KYC casino but players who partake in shady gambling may be requested to submit some KYC’s before they can allow them take some actions, most especially withdrawing from the casino. If players obey rules and don’t partake in shady activities within the site, then having a totally free non-KYC casino would be more imminent than we can imagine. Those casinos taking KYC serious is their own way of keeping their business out of trouble and possible consequences from the government again a player who is found susceptible to some illegal activities within the casino’s site.

Before, your statement is true but right now casino is required to ask KYC whether they like or not as requirements set by their license provider to regulate casino operations. Most of the casino that operates legally will always require KYC to protect their business from legal issue so they preferred to get KYC even if the players doesn’t commit fraudulent activity inside the casino.

Even Stake and other big casino requires now a mandatory KYC to all their players. This show how the regulators become stricter on regulating crypto casino compared on the early days of crypto.
