I also think that if people thought before gambling they would probably take a step back or two and immediately change the amount they are about to throw in the upcoming gaming session of theirs.
There is the reason for everything and what should be done, that is why my strategy so far has seemed to me the most efficient of all and that is that before going to the casino or sitting down to play I think and determine how much money I am willing to risk or lose and this helps to meet the objectives, win or lose from there I cannot go over the money, generally when you lose you have to have the willpower not to risk more, the only weakness of this strategy is not having discipline, but everything is having that discipline.
