The secret is that we are here to support Bitcoin, not try to "make a career" here.  If you are here for Bitcoin and do things to help Bitcoin, success will find it's way to you.  If you come here trying to earn a profit for yourself off the backs of others, you will probably end up wasting whatever time you dedicate to this place.  Everyone here has a common interest.  Bitcoin.  My advice is to focus on ways you can provide value for Bitcoin instead of focusing on ways to leech some money from the community for your own gain.  That's the secret.
