One thing i have always pointed out with the Manchester city team is the fact that Erling Haaland isn't a very skillful player, he's not a play maker, he's just good at scoring goals so basically i see him as a goal scorer or a finisher especially when it happens that he's got good assistance from his team mates such as Kevin d bruyne. if there be a good replacement in the main time to help Haaland, most likely he is going to be able to score goals again as he has been doing much earlier before now.
Manchester City need a reliable playmaker like Toni Kroos, Xavi and Iniesta who can control the rhythm of the match and create chances through one-two passes to make it easier for Haaland to score goals. It was all clear when KDB and Rodri were injured, Man City seemed to lose their balance and winning became something that was difficult to achieve. Haaland needs someone who can serve him in scoring goals because he only has the ability as a finisher.
