Does anyone have any information about the owners of Bhex and Hbtc exchange who are both the same people and their possible relationship with other exchanges like Huobi now known as HTX?


There seems to be a case where both Bhex/Bluehelix and Hbtc fly by night operations have closed up quickly and taken huge amounts of customers funds with them in what appears to be a case of exit fraud.


Who are the actual people behind these exchanges and where are they now?
