The figures have been converted to dollars for inclusivity. Keep in my that the dollar equivalent are huge monies in our local currency a million plus and more than half a million respectfully.
It's not actually a new thing though. Alot of times gamblers tend to be more greedy which can be good to some extent. But unfortunately you might you might end up in his shoes and face same situation where you have to stick to your game till the end. greed can ruin everything if he was lucky enough he would have won. The fact that he lost was because he was over greedy. Imagine flipping $4 to around 1k and you decide not to cash out. That's totally wrong. We all make our own choice but still we need to make the right decisions when it comes to taking and minimizing risk.
the thing is that greed is playing for you until the tide turns against you, then you're in a bad situation and greed starts beeing an enemy
those who say "greed is beautiful" are probably too shortsighted
