Yes, there is no problem with galactix but if they have found out that you're from a country that they are not serving then you know what will happen next. It's likely they'll send a message that the user is no longer allowed to be served and gamble into their platform and have to withdraw all of the remaining assets in them before the set deadline they'll give. And if the user doesn't care about that and doesn't read the rules that apply to them, it is their problem that they need to accept the reality.
We will gets more problems if we are breaks their rules, in any casinos so we must know what is the TOS and other rules so we can avoid that. We can not still playing gambling on the casino that have clearly rules to understand because that can makes us in a bad situations. If those users aware with the TOS and other rules, they will not try to stay on that casino and will leave the casino to search for the other casinos.
Anyway, not everyone read the TOS of a casino and users will only find out that there's something wrong with their accounts if they did something wrong.

This rule applies not only to the sphere of online casinos. Now such a reality that different services for one reason or another may not accept users from certain countries. Always before you register in some new service, it is necessary to find out whether this service accepts users from your country, especially if you are going to throw in this service money on the balance.
Mostly, there's a warning if the service or website that have just visited detects your IP is coming from a country that's not serviceable and covered by them. But if a user is able to go through, I agree, that it is our responsibility to find it out if we're allowed or not.
