There will be no 'second chances' for mixers because Theymos does not want the forum to be seized by Feds and forum users investigated for campaigning for mixers. It has nothing to do with whether the Trump administration might be more friendly to crypto. Besides, the mixers did not do anything wrong in the first place, so why call it that?

Realistically, Trump becoming bitcoin friendly president doesn't give any green flag to mixers and of a true, there is nothing that changes about mixers because it could be used for criminality. Trump is not going to support what would enhance or increases the rate of criminalities in the country, besides as you said theymos wouldn't want what will affect the forum so even though bitcoin is legalized it wouldn't still give that permission for mixers to be advertised over here on the forum. However, only theymos can decides whether mixers will be promoted here or not maybe after thorough investigation.
