Yeah Liverpool had a good start with the season but like they say, "it's not the beginning that really matters but the end that does", and this is just where Liverpool are about to find themselves in this race if they don't get back to winning ways quickly they might have a bad end of a season after a long winning run in the start. Probably could be fatigue that's starting to affect some of the players thereby making their performance underwhelming or something else I don't know but that's Arne Slot job to figure out. Making sure Liverpool win the second leg when they meet Newcastle in the EPL as it's going to be epic seeing Tottenham Hotspur in the EPL final and winning the trophy at last.
Liverpool defeat last night in the semifinals was quite surprising considering they were playing at home and what they have shown so far in the English league, but because there is still a second leg so the chance to qualify for the final is still very possible to achieve besides the aggregate is very thin so I am very sure the red will take revenge on Tottenham in the second leg later. Arne just needs to improve the mentality of his players, that is what is really needed in this crucial match.
That's football; I don’t think everybody will expect that defeat. They are playing very well, and they were playing at home, so they were the favourite in that match. I don’t really know what happened; I was thinking Liverpool could easily win the match since they are in good form, and also they are playing at home, so there are many reasons why I thought Liverpool would win the match. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as we think.
Now I think Liverpool may find it hard to win against Tottenham because they will be playing at Tottenham's home in the second leg, and since they are unable to win at home, Tottenham will do everything possible to still win the match in their home.
