It appears that the person who introduced the OP didn't provide adequate guidance on how the forum works. In reality, there are various ways to earn within the forum, but it's not an immediate process. When you read the rules in the 'Read Before Posting' section, you will find guidelines that outline the requirements and expectations.
Doesn’t really matter if he is given adequate guidance or not, I believe it’s his responsibility to ask questions about what he doesn’t know and instead of coming to the forum he should have asked the person that introduced him the same questions and it will be easier for him but I guess he probably looking to increase his post and activity. I don’t see anything bad in posting and asking questions but he should have asked who introduced him.
There are several ways of earning and if he has certain skills and can offer services to people he could get paid even immediately but the most common way to earn is through bounty and Signature campaigns but there are certain requirements before you can participate in them. Op needs to learn first before thinking about earning else he will just end up breaking either the forum rules or campaign rules which usually come with consequences.
