I honestly never thought I will say this so soon but the truth is I am already getting tired of Mikel Arteta’s management. Five years gone already and no trophy in sight. Should Arsenal finish this season without a trophy I suggest they hire another manager who can take the club to the next height should be considered quickly, I am gradually losing faith and hopes in Arteta.
Coaches have to work and face with a lot of expectation and pressure. When Arteta joined Arsenal, they failed to join top four, and with him, they began their development and improvement quickly so that they have become stronger and more competitive enough to not only join top four but also compete for Premier League title. Now, the disappointment appears because Arsenal did not win titles recent seasons, is it fair for Mikel Arteta?
I also see it like that, because he has not given anything other than the FA Cup and two Community Shields, and this is clearly not enough even though they are doing well in the EPL by being in the top four but what is expected is a trophy, and last season I think they were good enough to be runners up but again they should have got a major trophy because the big club that Arteta is handling is a club that should be given the EPL trophy and Champions and I think this should be a defining season for him if he can't bring Arsenal to win one major trophy Arsenal management should act to find a better replacement and guarantee trophies for the team.
Arsenal could win Premier League title in last two seasons if their competitor is not Liverpool and we can easily check information that last 7 seasons, 6 titles belong to Manchester City. This has a fact that Manchester City won the league title over challenge of many big clubs, not only Arsenal. Beating Manchester City in Premier League is a very hard task for many big clubs last 7 seasons, not only Arsenal, and not only Arsenal failed with this mission.
I agree that in this season, Arsenal performed too bad and it's worse than expectation but it can happen with any coach and team. I believe future of Arsenal belongs to Arteta and his management is good enough to bring them to titles.
